Ron Swift
University of Georgia, Executive-In-Residence and Senior Lecturer
Ronald S. Swift is an Executive-in-Residence and Senior Lecturer at the University of Georgia. He also is a popular lecturer at major conferences, universities, symposiums, executive forums and guest lecturer at leading business schools. Prior to joining UGA, Ron spent more than 40 years assisting hundreds of clients on six continents to achieve their strategies and goals. He is a popular and thought-provoking speaker at many conferences, seminars, workshops, and universities throughout the world. During his tenure at Teradata Corporation, he held numerous managerial positions since 1996. Prior to those positions, Swift was a senior partner with an International Consulting firm, following a successful 22-year career at IBM. Swift is known as an internationally known consultant, author, luminary and strategist in the areas of analytical marketing, customer management systems, enterprise data warehousing, financial management, demand and supply chain support, and electronic commerce. He authored the book, Accelerating Customer Relationships, and is currently working on another book on the subjects of increasing customer value and the new economics through analysis of integrated customer, supply and financial information.
