Susan Baxley
Director of Community Relations, Teradata
Susan Baxley is Director of Community Relations for Teradata Corporation. She
is responsible for Teradata community relations around the world, including the
company's philanthropic program, employee volunteer program and Teradata
Academic Programs, which includes Teradata University Network.
With more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, Baxley joined
Teradata in 2000 in its worldwide industry marketing organization with
responsibilities for global marketing plans in retail and manufacturing. In 2005
she was promoted to vice president for business development and operations for
Global Consulting Services, where she was responsible for marketing of both
consulting services and vertical industry solutions worldwide. In 2003, she was
named director of business development and program operations, strategic
partnerships, where she had responsibility for business development and
operations for the strategic partnership organization.
Previously, Baxley worked with ParkerVision, where she managed sales and
marketing programs for five years. She began her career with Safety Equipment
Company, working in sales and management roles.
Baxley is a Certified Teradata Professional. She earned her B.A. from West
Virginia University and her master of arts in marketing from Webster University.
