Suhong Li is a Professor and Chair of Information Systems and Analytics at Bryant University. She earned her PhD in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Toledo in 2002. Her research interests include adoption and implementation of IT Innovation, Advanced Analytics/Big Data and Supply Chain Management. She has published about 100 papers in academic journals and conference proceedings. Her research appears in many leading journals including Journal of Operations Management, OMEGA: the International Journal of Management Science, Decision Support Systems, Journal of Computer Information Systems, International Journal of Production Economics, and European Journal of Operational Research. She won 2017 Computer Educator of the Year Award from the International Association of Computer Information Systems. She received Bryant University Outstanding Research Award in 2008 and Teaching Merit Award in 2016.  

Her teaching interests include big data analytics (Hadoop, Teradata Aster), Teradata Database, machine learning (python, spark, and matlab), research methodology, database and data warehouse, enterprise resources planning (SAP ERP), and managing global information resources among others. She is currently a Certified Teradata Professional, a SAP Certified Associate, and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Decision Science Institute.
